At Parker County VETerinary Hospital we have noticed clients becoming increasingly worried about being able to financially care for their family pets. There has even been some request by owners to euthanize their healthy pets as they can no longer afford to care for them. To help our community and all pets, Dr. Pat Jarrett has developed the following recession discount programs for the pet owners of Parker County. We hope that it will keep more pets in their homes during this prolonged economic downturn. These programs are in effect for the duration of the recession and longer if needed.
1. New Patient Discount Wellness Exam with Vaccinations: When new patients are presented for vaccinations the first wellness exam will be discounted from $42 down to $20 We intend for this to help soften the economic burden of getting a new family pet.
2. Current Client Wednesday Vaccination Special: Existing clients/patients of Parker County VETerinary Hospital can take advantage of our Wednesday vaccination special pricing. Clients may have their well pets updated on their vaccines with a reduced price exam of only $30. This is a recession discount of $12 per pet. This discount is only available on Wednesday’s and only for current clients of Parker County VETerinary Hospital. Discount does not apply to non-wellness exams.
3. Laser Spay and Neuter Price change: A new pricing structure has been developed that allows clients to choose options of Pre-surgical Blood testing and/or Pain Control with Post-op antibiotics. Dog Laser Spay: $98 Cat Laser Spay: $90

5. Breed Rescue Group 50% discount: Breed Rescue Groups that provide proof of non-profit status (501c3 form) will qualify for a 50% discount off all goods and services at Parker County VETerinary Hospital. Please call for pricing as needed.
6. Low Cost Mobile Vaccination Clinics: Dr. Jarrett and his staff provide a mobile vaccination clinics in area grocery store parking lots and other businesses. The discount on vaccinations is almost 50%. While we strongly encourage annual physical exams for every pet, there is no exam at the mobile clinics.
